Our plants can be equipped with different types of mixers, adapted to the specific requirements of each project:

Types of Plants

We offer the same plant configurations as in our dry batching systems, but integrating the appropriate mixer selected by the customer for each application:

Vertical Plants:

Aggregate storage located at the top of the plant, eliminating elevation delays
High production performance thanks to optimized material layout
Aggregate elevation via belt conveyors or bucket elevators, maximizing space efficiency.

Horizontal Plants

Aggregate stored in ground-level hoppers, allowing easy loading via shovel, truck, or conveyor.
Aggregate lifted to the mixing area using a conveyor belt or skip hoist, ensuring smooth material flow.

Modular Plants

Alquezar modular plants are ideal for temporary projects requiring disassembly and relocation after completion.
