Alquezar develops advanced concrete recycling systems that maximize material recovery and optimize water consumption in the production process. Our system combines robust and efficient technology to ensure sustainable management of concrete waste.
RECYCLING / CONCRETE

How the Recycling System Works
To ensure optimal water use in the production of new concrete, our plants are equipped with an automatic weighing system that precisely regulates the concentration of suspended solids. This ensures a perfect balance in the mix and consistent performance in every production batch.
Concrete drum washing:
A system of paddles and buckets performs an effective wash, ensuring precise separation of aggregates, cement, and water.
Extraction and dewatering of washed aggregate:
Through a storage screw conveyor, the washed aggregates are transported and prepared for reuse or storage.
Recycled water management:
An efficient separation of gross and fine particles is carried out using a hydrocyclone, ensuring the quality of recovered water.
Dirty water tank with agitators:
This system prevents sedimentation of cement and aggregate fines, keeping materials in suspension for further treatment.
Reuse of treated water:
The recovered water is reintegrated into the concrete production process, reducing the use of fresh water and improving operational efficiency.
