Reception and Feeding
The process begins with the reception and dosing of the waste. Our hoppers and feeding systems are designed to receive a wide variety of materials: concrete, brick, asphalt, stone, soil, metals and mixed debris.
Classification
The material undergoes a screening and separation process. Our vibrating screens, star screens, and trommels allow for size-based separation, while air blowers and density separators remove light materials such as plastic or wood.
We also incorporate metal separators to eliminate ferrous and non-ferrous elements from the process.
Crushing
Crushing is a key stage in C&D waste treatment. At Alquezar, we manufacture primary and secondary crushers capable of reducing waste to reusable sizes with high energy efficiency and low maintenance.
Our equipment is designed to handle heterogeneous materials, preparing recycled aggregates for subsequent classification.
Cleaning and Quality Control
To enhance the quality of recycled aggregates, we offer additional solutions such as washing systems, fines removal, and detection of unwanted elements.
In addition, we integrate weighing, sampling, and control systems to ensure traceability of the final product — in full compliance with the strictest regulations.
