{"id":1292,"date":"2018-06-14T08:07:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-14T06:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/talleresalquezar.es\/centrale-a-beton-de-daivoes-au-portugal\/"},"modified":"2025-10-20T12:10:19","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T10:10:19","slug":"centrale-a-beton-de-daivoes-au-portugal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/talleresalquezar.es\/fr\/centrale-a-beton-de-daivoes-au-portugal\/","title":{"rendered":"Centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton de DAIVOES au Portugal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Alquezar a achev\u00e9 le montage d\u2019une centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton destin\u00e9e au barrage hydro\u00e9lectrique de Daivoes, situ\u00e9 sur le fleuve T\u00e1mega, dans le nord du Portugal.<\/p>\n\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un projet important comprenant trois parties principales : une centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton, le stockage et le transport des granulats, ainsi que le stockage du ciment et des cendres avec transport pneumatique.<\/p>\n\n<p>La centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton est une installation double, \u00e9quip\u00e9e de malaxeurs BHS Sonthofen \u00e0 double arbre horizontal d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 4,5 m\u00b3 chacun. Ces malaxeurs \u00e0 double arbre peuvent traiter des granulats allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 150 mm. La capacit\u00e9 totale de l\u2019installation est de 250 m\u00b3\/h.<\/p>\n\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature dans ce projet est crucial ; ainsi, l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019installation est fabriqu\u00e9 avec une isolation en panneaux sandwich, un rev\u00eatement en laine de roche et une peinture thermique.
