Alquezar manufactures turnkey crushing installations for productions of 100 to 700 t/h, for all types of materials: basalt, granite, limestone, siliceous materials, etc.

The fixed crushing plants for quarries and gravel pits can comprise several crushing stages (primary, secondary and tertiary), which incorporate jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone grinders and vertical shaft impact crushers, depending on the type and size of material to process and on the aggregate to be obtained.

The primary supply of large-sized aggregates is carried out by oscillating feeders, pre-screening feeders or vibrating feeders, whilst the supply of the secondary phases is carried out by vibrating feeders and belt feeders, always depending on the nature of the material to be processed.

The fixed crushing installations may incorporate intermediate and end aggregate stocks, by means of prestock hoppers on tunnels at ground level, or by raised aggregate silos.

The crushing stages are complemented with primary (classification grizzlies) or secondary (CT series vibrating screens) classification equipment.
